Maryann was really busy today that she barely showed up in the lab.
She briefly told me what I needed to do (which is the same thing)
but today I did everything on my own XD yeah! I felt really professional.
I mixed up the standard for Lipitor concentrations, set up my resins and titration system, and measure them using UV. (and yes I used a lot of pipets)
So remember last post that I said the Resins hardly absorb any of the Lipitor that I put in? MaryAnn decided that we should tried it again, but this time we are going to do it many times. That is, we are going to let the mix go through the titration system up to maybe 5 times. Sadly, I had to leave after the second time of titration --> but MaryAnn said she would take over from here and send me the results later so I could make a graph to calculate how much Lipitor has been absorb this time.
Congratulations on being so independent!
