Today was again a crazy day for MaryAnne since her classes were going to have a big exam: she had a lot of people waiting in line for her
but today another of her student was here doing lab, so i helped her :) It was more of a relaxing day for me than last time since she was skilled at doing her stuff so I basically only helped her carried materials and stuff.
The highlight of today.. i wouldn't say it is related to science, but I got to meet MaryAnne's little boy Nicole! Although he was really shy, he was real cute and like to draw. He showed me his poster board for a science project. After I told him I love the stickers he put on it, he quickly added more. (so cute)!
But yes, going back to internship XD
The reason why MaryAnne did not email me the result was because in her other experiment she realized that concentration change if we leave the mix for few days, and it is partly because some new product formed through time. Thus, she suggested that we had to do it within 24 hours.
Next time we probably going to repeat the process one more time, and she asked me in the end of today to research for Ca titration (exciting! something new)
I look forward to go next time!
Peggie
Thanks for being so flexible in your internship - sometimes life interrupts!
ReplyDeleteAnd, sometimes changes need to be made in protocols! Seems like you are making good discoveries and good progress in your work. You should blog about Ca titrations - exciting stuff!
